General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Nice Boating Tomorrow
1. Event concerned
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) apply to all transactions made by Grand Pavois Organisation, an association governed by the French law of 1901 (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”), in connection with the Nice Boating Tomorrow event, a boat show to be held from March 19 to 22, 2026, in Nice (France).

2. Purpose of the General Terms and Conditions
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the terms and conditions applicable to the sale of visitor tickets giving access to the Nice Boating Tomorrow boat show, as well as registrations for the B2B forum intended for professionals; and, more generally, any associated service sold by the Organizer in connection with the event.

The GTC cover, in particular, the terms and conditions of purchase, payment, and delivery of admission tickets; the conditions of access to the show and the B2B forum; the safety rules applicable during the event; the conditions of cancellation, non-refund, and possible modification of the program; and the respective rights and obligations of the purchaser and the Organizer.

They apply to all purchasers, visitors, and professionals, regardless of the method of purchase (online or at the ticket office).

All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

3. Purchase and ordering conditions
a. Online purchase terms and conditions
Visitor tickets and forum registrations can be purchased via the official online ticket office of the Nice Boating Tomorrow show. The purchaser must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Confirmation of the order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Once the order has been confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the buyer including the tickets in digital form. The buyer is responsible for keeping the ticket or QR code allowing access to the event.

b. Terms and conditions of purchase at the ticket office
Visitor tickets can also be purchased directly at the ticket office at any time during the exhibition, subject to availability. Purchase at the ticket office also implies acceptance of these GTC.

Registration for the forum may also be available on site, subject to remaining capacity.

c. Validity of tickets and entry passes
Each ticket or registration is strictly personal and may not be resold or transferred, except with the prior consent of the Organizer or in cases provided for by law. Any reproduction, modification, or fraud will result in the immediate invalidation of the entry pass, without refund.

4. Price and payment terms
a. Applicable prices
The prices of visitor tickets and B2B forum registrations are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC) for visitors and professionals in accordance with applicable regulations.

The prices in force are those indicated on the official online ticket office, or at the ticket office during the exhibition.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify prices at any time, it being specified that tickets and registrations are invoiced based on the price in force at the time of ordering.

b. Payment methods
Payment methods accepted via the official ticket office: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and other secure methods offered by the ticket office platform.

Depending on the operating system of the device used by the Customer (iOS or Android) and subject to its configuration and the preferences or choices expressed, additional payment methods may be offered, including Apple Pay for devices running.

These payment methods are displayed automatically when the technical and contractual conditions are met (compatible device, compatible browser, activated account, etc.). In any event, the Customer remains free to choose from the payment methods offered at the time of ordering.

The payment system adopted by the Grand Pavois Organisation Association uses SSL security protocol to encrypt the confidential information (credit card number, expiry date, etc.) that you provide.

The customer's bank account will be debited for the order as soon as the transaction is finally validated.

A proof of payment will be automatically available to the customer by email at the end of the transaction.

Payments at the entrance to the show can be made by credit card and cash.

c. Payment terms
Payment is due in full and immediately, whether for visitor tickets or forum registrations.

No order will be considered valid until payment has been received in full.

d. Invoicing
An invoice can be provided at the request of the Lead Booker during registration.

5. Cancellation, modification and refund conditions
a. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to visitor tickets or forum registrations.
All orders are therefore firm and final.

b. Refund Policy
Visitor tickets and B2B forum registrations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of total cancellation of the show by the Organizer.

The absence of the purchaser, for any reason whatsoever (unavailability, date error, personal impediment, delay, etc.), shall not give rise to any refund.

c. Program, schedule, or venue changes
The Organizer reserves the right to change the opening hours, venue layout, B2B forum program, and list of exhibitors and speakers.

Any changes necessary for the smooth running of the show do not constitute grounds for refund.

d. Weather conditions
Due to the nautical nature of the event, certain activities or demonstrations may be dependent on weather conditions.
The cancellation or adjustment of an activity due to weather conditions does not entitle participants to a refund.

In the event of extreme weather conditions or force majeure requiring the temporary closure or reorganization of the show, the Organizer may adapt the terms of access without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

e. Force majeure or security reasons
The Organizer may be required to modify part or all the event, or to restrict access to it, for reasons related to personal safety, administrative decisions, exceptional risks, or situations of force majeure (as defined by law and case law).

In such situations, and unless the show is completely cancelled, no refunds may be claimed.

f. Cancellation of the show
In the event of cancellation of the show on the scheduled dates at the Organizer's initiative, visitor tickets and B2B registrations will be refunded or offered a postponement to the new dates.
The Organizer will communicate the refund terms and conditions within a reasonable time frame.

6. Access to the show and safety rules
a. Access conditions
Access to the Nice Boating Tomorrow show is subject to the presentation of a valid ticket (paper or electronic) or professional accreditation issued by the Organizer.

Each ticket can only be used once (except for permanent tickets and forum passes). Any attempt at fraud, duplication, or unauthorized use will result in refusal of access without refund.

b. Entry checks
The Organizer may check the identity of visitors or forum participants, carry out visual checks of bags, searches, or enhanced checks if security conditions so require.

Refusal to submit to checks will result in denial of access to the exhibition, without refund.

c. Behavior on site
The public and professional participants must behave respectfully towards people, property, and facilities.

The Organizer reserves the right to expel any person who is intoxicated, behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or failing to comply with safety instructions.

No expulsion entitles the person concerned to a refund.

d.  Animals
Access to animals may be restricted in certain areas, particularly on the pontoons, in the professional forum, or during certain demonstrations. Only dogs on a leash are allowed access to the show.

e.  Compliance with current regulations
Access is subject to public safety rules, government directives, and any health or administrative measures applicable on the date of the event.
These constraints shall not constitute grounds for refund.

7. Buyer/Participant Responsibility
a. Accuracy of the information provided
The purchaser (visitor or professional) guarantees the accuracy of the information provided when purchasing online or at the ticket office.

The Organizer cannot be held liable for any errors (name, email address, professional contact details, etc.) that may prevent the ticket from being issued or used.

b.  Use of ticket or accreditation
Participants are responsible for keeping their ticket or QR code safe, not sharing it with unauthorized third parties, and using it in accordance with the terms and conditions.

c.  Respect for rules and staff
Visitors and professional participants must comply with these rules, the instructions of security staff, the instructions of the organizers, exhibitors, and speakers, as well as the legal rules in force on the site.

Any breach may result in refusal of entry or expulsion without compensation.

d.  Responsible behavior
It is the responsibility of each participant to behave in a manner appropriate to the context of the trade show, to ensure the safety of other people present, and to take care not to damage the facilities, boats, stands, or equipment on display.

In the event of damage caused by a participant (whether intentional or not), the latter may be held financially liable.

e.  Access to restricted areas
Access to certain areas (professional areas, pontoons, demonstrations, technical areas, boats, etc.) may be restricted or subject to authorization.
Participants must comply with these restrictions and not enter prohibited areas.
Any unauthorized access is at their own risk.

f. Children and minors
Minors remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult for the entire duration of their presence at the show.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any incident related to insufficient supervision of a minor.

g. Participation in water activities
Any participation in a demonstration, test, or boat trip during the show requires strict compliance with instructions and is done at the participant's own risk.

8. Personal data and privacy protection
a. Data collection
Personal data collected in connection with participation in the Nice Boating Tomorrow boat show is processed by Grand Pavois Organisation.

Participants' personal data is collected and used solely for the following purposes: managing registrations and orders for tickets or related services; organizing and ensuring the smooth running of the boat show; sending information about the show, including commercial communications, newsletters, and promotional offers; complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
