Description
MSE Marine Sustainable Engines
Marine Sustainable Engines (MSE) develops high-performance electric propulsion solutions for the marine industry.
The company presents its 115 HP (84 kW) electric outboard engine, designed to deliver quiet, powerful and efficient propulsion. With 200 Nm of instant torque, the system provides excellent responsiveness and strong performance across a wide range of marine applications.
The engine integrates MSE View software, enabling system monitoring and remote or user-specific parameter control. It also features a fully customizable CAN-based display, allowing seamless integration into various onboard electronic architectures.
Designed for optimal efficiency up to 6,000 rpm, the system is paired with a DNV-certified 63 kWh battery, ensuring high safety and reliability standards. The solution offers flexible charging options with a standard 6.6 kW charger or an optional 22 kW fast charger.
During the show, CANNES MARINE will also present a boat afloat available for sea trials: the Aura 640, a compact 6.4 m electric RIB equipped with the MSE electric outboard motor.
Aura 640 – Experience the Future of Boating
• Compact 6.4 m electric RIB
• 115 HP electric outboard motor
• Top speed up to 28 knots
• Zero emissions and silent navigation
Visitors and professionals will have the opportunity to discover and experience electric propulsion during real sea trials.
In France, MSE solutions are distributed and integrated by CANNES MARINE, a specialist in marine electrification and onboard energy system integration.
